About your new role

- Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in supporting a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
n
- Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
n
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
n
- Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
n
- Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.

About you

n

n
- Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
n
- Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
n
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
n




- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
n
- Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
n
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
n
