About the Role

n

We're recruiting for a Senior Clinician with experience as either an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Dietitian to lead a multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll manage a the team to deliver outstanding clinical care, lead the Club Active culture and foster a community to change the way they age.

You will:

- Lead a multidisciplinary allied health team.
n
- Support with and follow systems and processes to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
n
- Showcase the Club Active brand.
n
- Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal conditions, and healthy ageing goals.

- Support the team to thrive and grow as practitioners.
n
- Build meaningful connections with your team and members to support long-term adherence and outcomes.
n
- Contribute to a culture focused on results, engagement, and community

What We're Looking For

- Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Dietitian registered with relevant government bodies.
n
- Ready to grow into a leadership role
n
- Confident managing systems and a team
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- A positive, professional attitude leads a team and member experience
n
- Passion for working with the over-50s and promoting preventative health
n
