- Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management reports to support business decisions.

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.
n
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
n
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
n
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
n
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to understand financial impacts and drive improvements.
n
- Support junior finance team members.
n
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Assist in the preparation of strategic business plans and investment appraisals.

Profile

n

A successful Senior Management Accountant must have:

n

n
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CPA or CA.
n
- Strong experience as a Management Accountant within the FMCG, retail, or consumer industry.
n
- Proficiency in financial modelling and ERP systems.
n
- Excellent attention to detail, commercially minded, and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software.
n
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
