We are seeking an experienced and driven Victorian Electrical State Supervisor to lead and grow our electrical operations across Victoria. This role is responsible for managing our electrical team, overseeing service delivery, supporting client relationships, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role will involve:

n

Managing and leading the Victorian electrical team,



including electricians, apprentices, and supervisors

n

Overseeing day-to-day service operations, maintenance delivery, and project execution

n

Allocating labour and resources to ensure efficient delivery of scheduled and reactive works

n

Driving safety, compliance, and quality across all Victorian electrical activities

n

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members

n

Providing technical guidance and operational support to field staff

n

Working closely with clients, site contacts, and internal stakeholders to maintain solid relationships

n

Monitoring team productivity, job completion, reporting quality, and financial performance

n

Identifying opportunities for growth within existing contracts and new electrical opportunities in Victoria

n

Supporting the preparation of quotations, scopes, resource planning, and delivery strategies

n

Ensuring company systems, procedures, and reporting requirements are followed across the team
