the equine, livestock, farming and acreage communities across Sydney's north-west.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Store

n

Manager / 2IC who is ready to play an integral role in our future. We are looking for someone

n

who enjoys taking ownership, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing

n

to the continued growth and diversification of the business.

About You

n





We are looking for someone who combines industry knowledge with initiative and a genuine

n

passion for the rural sector.

n

You would ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience within the rural merchandise, agricultural or horticultural
n
- A sound understanding of the needs of rural, equine and acreage customers.
n
- Experience in retail management, operations or business development.
n
- A proactive approach with the confidence to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
n
- Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
n
- Marketing, merchandising or business development experience (highly regarded).
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
n
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
