About the Role
n
We're seeking a passionate Psychologist, Counsellor, or suitably qualified Allied Health professional to join our growing team based in Rockhampton or Gladstone, Queensland.
n
You'll provide face‐to‐face and Telehealth mental health and wellbeing support to participants engaged in employment and vocational education programs.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver one‐on‐one and group Allied Health consultations to support participants.
n
- Provide both in‐person and Telehealth sessions as appropriate.
n
- Design and deliver outcome‐based, high‐quality assessment and intervention services.
n
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and maintain privacy standards.
n
- Provide personalised support, connecting participants with community resources.
n
- Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain registration requirements.
n
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with organisational policy.
n

About You
n
You're a compassionate,
qualified professional who's passionate about helping people build confidence and resilience through meaningful mental health support.
n
Key Requirements
n
n
- Fully qualified AHPRA Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist.
n
- Registered Counsellors (PACFA, ACA or equivalent) are also encouraged to apply.
n
- AAWS Registered Social Workers will also be considered.
n
- Experience delivering Mental Health services in employment, community, or allied health settings.
n
- Ability to design and deliver individual and group interventions.
n
- Robust administrative and organisational skills.
n
- Experience within a clinical governance framework.
n
- Ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
n
