The Opportunity

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has proven experience in high-volume B2B or B2C telesales.
n
- Has experience working in a call centre or structured sales environment.
n




- Is confident handling objections, building rapport and closing sales.
n
- Is ambitious and looking for a pathway into leadership.
n
- Enjoys coaching and helping others improve.
n
- Wants the chance to build something much greater, not just manage something.
n
- Drivers licence and car preferred (for in-home visits).
n
- Solar experience is beneficial but not essential.
n

We are looking for a great salesperson first. Experience in industries such as telecommunications, finance, insurance, energy, SaaS or other high-volume sales environments would be highly regarded.

The Role

Personal Sales Performance

- Manage your own sales pipeline.
n
- Close solar and battery opportunities.
n
- Achieve personal sales targets.
n
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
n
- Lead by example through your own results.

Remuneration Structure

n

We believe great sales consultants should be rewarded for their efforts and results, hence a competitive base salary that recognises the responsibility of respecting the sales lifecycle and process.

n

Base Salary

n

$70,000 + Super

n

Personal Sales Commission

n

In addition to the base salary,



you will receive an attractive commission structure on your closed sales.

n

Your earning potential remains uncapped and you will continue to be rewarded for personal sales performance.

n

Bonuses

n

Eg: Month 1 = 7 Sales = $2,000 bonus

n

Eg: Month 2 = 10 Sales = $3,000 bonus

n

Eg: Month 3 = 12 Sales = $4,000 bonus

n

$4K Monthly Bonuses = $118,000 OTE + Super
