TIFA Support Services is looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to provide high-quality domestic cleaning services throughout Melbourne's western suburbs.

You will clean private homes for a range of clients, including families, older people and people receiving disability support.

Key responsibilities

n
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms and toilets
n
- Vacuum and mop floors
n
- Dust and wipe surfaces
n
- Clean living areas and bedrooms
n




- Empty bins and complete general household cleaning
n
- Change bed linen when requested
n
- Follow client preferences and cleaning instructions
n
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
n
- Respect clients, their homes and their belongings
n
- Report hazards, concerns or service issues to the TIFA team
n

Cleaning products and equipment will generally be supplied by TIFA. Where a client has suitable preferred products or equipment in their home, these may be used according to their instructions.

What we are looking for

- A positive attitude and robust work ethic
n
- Reliable, punctual and available for regular weekly shifts
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Friendly, respectful and professional
n
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
n
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential
n
- A smartphone for work communication
n
- Valid Australian working rights
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- Regular access to a reliable and insured vehicle
n
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
n

An NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required when working with disability-support clients. Applicants who already hold this check are encouraged to apply.

Location

Successful applicants must be willing to travel between clients throughout Melbourne.
