About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity available for2 Casual Vegetation Field Team Membersbased inSoutheast Queensland, with ongoing work available depending on project requirements.

n

This role is ideal for someone seekingflexible, casual work, as workloads can fluctuate. There will be periods of high demand requiring consistent work.

n

You will typically workMonday to Friday, 8-10 hour days, across a range of vegetation and land management projects.

n

- Chemical spraying (vehicle and backpack units)
n
- Whipper snipping and mechanical clearing
n
- Hand weeding and vegetation control
n
- Mulching and tree planting General site maintenance and environmental works
n

n

This is ahands-on, field-based role, requiring a strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

About you

n

Highly regarded (but not essential):

n





n
- Previous experience in vegetation management or similar field work ACDC Licence (Agricultural Chemical Distribution Control)
n
- Chainsaw ticket or other relevant machinery tickets Experience working outdoors in physically demanding roles
n
- Physically fit, that can lift heavy objects.
n
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
n
- Strong commitment to safety and correct use of equipment
n
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
n
