Role Overview

n

The Sales and Partnerships Coordinator is a newly created role responsible for representing LEIF as the public face of our new Redfern Showroom, while coordinating wholesale, amenities and in-kind partnerships. As a key point of contact for customers and partners, this role delivers an exceptional brand experience, drives showroom retail sales and ensures the space reflects LEIF's design-led identity.

Showroom Sales & Operations

n

Be the public face of LEIF in our Redfern Showroom, providing an exceptional brand experience.

n

Drive showroom direct to customer retail sales in line with business targets, proactively converting enquiries and strengthening customer relationships.

n

Oversee daily showroom operations, including sales, stock management, and visual merchandising to ensure an impeccable and welcoming environment for appointments and events.

n

Act as a brand ambassador, confidently sharing LEIF's story, product knowledge and design philosophy.

n

Conduct fortnightly David Jones store visits (Elizabeth Street, Bondi, Burwood, and Miranda).

n

Manage product uploads into the David Jones PIM system and maintain wholesale Dropbox assets.

n





Visit other stockists and amenity partners as required.

n

Conduct quarterly reviews of stockist websites.

n

Maintain the online stockist page and assist with partner research.

n

Coordinate B2B shipping, tracking, and general administrative reporting with the sales and warehouse teams.

Partnerships & PR

n

Maintain the amenities photography database.

n

Manage Airbnb/loyalty program registrations, onboarding communications, and account setups and enquiries.

n

Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, budgets, and order processing for in-kind partnerships.

n

Process, pack, and ship PR orders, gifting, and event allocations.

n

Coordination support for LEIF PR and partnership events.

n

Skills & Experience

n

Experience in partnerships, retail, sales support, inventory coordination, or a similar administrative role.

n

Solid communication, multi-tasking, and organisational skills with high attention to detail.

n

Proficient with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Canva, or similar digital workflow tools.

n

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

n

Current driver's licence and access to a car for B2B visits.

n

Experience in lifestyle, beauty, design, hospitality, or retail environments is a bonus.

n

Please note this role is based on-site in Redfern, Monday to Friday.
