Y3 Smiles Dental is a modern dental clinic in Melbourne's northern suburbs, seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role:

We're building something special, and we need a skilled Dental Assistant who understands that smooth clinical operations make everything run better. You'll be the backbone of our dentists' day-to-day work—anticipating needs, managing the clinical environment, and ensuring every patient receives excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide confident chairside support to dentists during all procedures
n
- Anticipate clinical needs and work efficiently alongside the dentist
n
- Set up, maintain, and manage treatment rooms to the highest standards
n
- Execute sterilisation and infection control protocols with precision
n
- Manage patient comfort and experience during procedures




n
- Support ad hoc reception duties as needed (appointment scheduling, patient communications, payments)
n
- Mentor and support team members as we grow
n

What We're Looking For:

- Cert III in Dental Assisting (essential)
n
- Proven DA experience in Australia (essential)
n
- Genuine passion for patient-centered care
n
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting

- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
