Spare Parts Coordinator(Full time Casual)

About this role

Responsible for processing and managing spare parts requests and associated problems.

n

Responsibilities

n

Core objectives include:

n

n
- Communicate with Service Agents and ensure that they have sufficient parts to complete service jobs.
n
- Maintain service orders in the CRM system and ensure that orders are dispatched through the SAP system.
n
- Ensure that service orders are being fulfilled as soon as possible and within reasonable time frames.
n
- Recommend required parts for the service order and provide cost of parts information to the customer or store.
n
- Notify Service Agents and Customer Care when back-ordered parts have been received.
n




- Issue the credit notice to customers when parts have been refunded.
n

What You'll Bring

n

Experience

n

n
- At least 6 months experience in Call Center or Spare Parts related role.
n
- Basic technical understanding of spare parts or appliance components (preferred)
n
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
n
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
n
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
n
- Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
n
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
