We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concessions in Myer Miranda. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment.

What you'll be doing

n

Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets

n

Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service

n

Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards

n

Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members

n

Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements

n

Ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-presented concession environment

n

About You

n

Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail

n





Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results

n

Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example

n

Passionate about kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create amazing experiences

n

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

n

Comfortable working in a department store/concession workplace

n

Lead a premium kitchenware concession within Myer, part of a nationally recognised retail group

n
