Day to Day

n

- Manage a tidy portfolio of 120 properties end-to-end
n
- Very clean portfolio, long-standing landlords
n
- Admin support provided
n
- Portfolios are capped at 150
n
- Local properties
n
- No trust accounting or BDM duties required!
n

n

Experience Required

n

n
- Ideally 1-2+ years of experience as a Property Manager
n
- Open to Assistant Property Managers wanting a step up
n
- Enthusiastic, energetic and strong initiative to go the extra mile
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Punctual and reliable
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
