Dispatch & Operations Coordinator (Plumbing)

All Needs Plumbing is a family-owned, 24/7 residential maintenance plumbing and drainage company proudly servicing the Sydney and Wollongong communities. We specialise in blocked drains, pipe relining, hot water systems, leak detection, gas repairs and all areas of residential plumbing maintenance.

We're known for reliability, integrity and exceptional customer service, and we're looking for an experienced Dispatch & Operations Coordinator (Plumbing) to join our operations team in Rockdale.

About the role
n
As our Dispatch & Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of up to 15-20 field technicians, ensuring every job runs smoothly, technicians stay productive and customers receive an outstanding experience.
n
You'll be the operational hub of the business - dispatching technicians, solving problems, providing on-site support, monitoring performance and ensuring every job is completed to our high standards.
n

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Coordinating and dispatching up to 15-20 field technicians throughout the day
n
- Providing real-time support to technicians while they're on-site
n
- Monitoring technician productivity, utilisation and daily schedules
n
- Reviewing job notes, photos, checklists, signatures and documentation
n
- Ordering materials and coordinating return appointments where required
n
- Monitoring sold revenue, completed revenue and outstanding WIP jobs
n
- Driving technician KPIs including daily sales, memberships and customer reviews
n
- Preparing the following day's schedule for smooth operations
n
- Working closely with management to ensure daily revenue and performance targets are achieved (Dispatching for Dollars)
n

What we're looking for
n
n
- Previous plumbing industry experience is essential
n
- Dispatch, scheduling or field service coordination experience highly regarded
n
- Solid understanding of residential maintenance plumbing
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
n
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Confident holding technicians accountable while building strong relationships
n
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

- $90,000-$120,000 base salary plus super (depending on experience)

- Full-time in office, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
