We currently have an opening in an Operations Support role based at our Villawood depot.

n

Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.

n

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

n

n
- Data entry and work flow development
n
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of deliveries
n
- Liaising with internal staff including drivers and Admin/Operations personnel
n
- Assisting other team members and departments as required
n

n

The successful applicant will possess the following skills;

- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
n
- Excellent administrative abilities including Microsoft products
n
- Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Reliable, flexible and team orientated
n
- Experience in a similar role within the transport industry will be advantageous
