We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax and Business Services Accountant to manage a diverse SME portfolio. This role is ideal for an ambitious senior skilled who thrives in a growing environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

n

Manage end-to-end compliance and advisory for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies.

n

Utilise MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) to manage workflows, tax lodgements, and client files.



Including the preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for all entity types.

n

Administer and process Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) using BGL Super.

n

Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining proactive communication with our growing SME client base.

n

Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior team members as our team expands, or while the principal is absent.

n

Entity Set ups and Tax Registrations

n

Provide business advisory to clients through active taxation planning, compliance advise and ways to improve business performance.

n

Skills and Experience

n

CA, CPA, or IPA qualification (fully qualified or near completion).

n

Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience within an Australian public practice firm.

n

High proficiency and practical experience using MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE).

n

Hands-on experience with BGL Super software preferred.

n

Strong capability in preparing and processing SMSFs would be preferred however would not prevent from hire for the right person.
