Recognised as a reliable, safe and community centric producer, the Blair Athol Thermal Coal Project is set to play a vital role in enhancing production capacity and supporting long-term growth across their Australian portfolio.

About the Role:

n

One Key Resources is recruiting multiple permanent Production Mining Operators (Excavator & Dozer) to join the production team on a Permanent basis with TerraCom at Blair Athol Mine, located 20 minutes from Clermont in Central Queensland. You will work as part of a structured crew on a rotating roster, with options for local residents or DIDO candidates from Mackay and surrounding coastal and regional communities.

Duties:

n

n
- Operate large production excavators and/or dozers safely to meet shift targets
n
- Conduct pre-start inspections and report equipment defects promptly
n
- Maintain accurate GPS production system records throughout operations
n
- Work with supervisors and crew members to achieve daily production goals
n
- Uphold a safety-first, team-focused and high-performing work culture
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum of 12 months Production Mining experience operating
n
- SSE signed training transcripts
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n




- Full Australian working rights
n

n

Excavator Operators:

n

n
- Proven experience operating one or more of the following equipment:n n
- EX1200, L9400, EX3600-7 (or similar) with GPS production systems
n

n
- Proven experience operating one or more of the following equipment:n

n
- Cat D10T and/or D11T (or similar) with GPS production systems
n

n
