We're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Casual Café Team Member to join our growing team at our café located on a Victorian Big Build project in Clarinda.

This is a busy weekday café serving a construction workforce. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering great customer service and love making quality coffee, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
n
This is a casual position offering good, consistent hours with Monday to Friday work only-no weekends.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Preparing quality espresso coffee and other beverages
n
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
n
- Preparing and serving food
n
- Operating the point-of-sale system
n
- Restocking displays and maintaining presentation standards
n
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment
n
- Working collaboratively with a small team during busy service periods
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will:
n
n
- Have previous café or hospitality experience (barista experience preferred)
n
- Be passionate about customer service
n
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
n
- Be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
n
n
Hold full working rights in Australia
n
Have your own reliable transport, as public transport is not suitable for our early start times
n
n
- Be reliable, punctual and well presented
n
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
n
n
Be available for *early morning starts** (essential)
n
