We're growing and looking for reliable, hands-on team players to join our manufacturing team in a multi-skilled production environment.

This is a great opportunity for experienced machine operators, particularly those with a background in plastics or extrusion, as well as motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career. Leading hands and those with leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

No experience? No worries—we'll train the right people.

You'll rotate across machine operation, yard work, and general production support—keeping things moving while learning new skills along the way.

n

Candidates must be able to perform moderate lifting and standing duties as required in this manufacturing workplace.

What you'll need:

- Experience in machine operation (plastics or extrusion highly regarded)

- A good attitude and willingness to work hard

- Ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night, Monday to Friday)

- Forklift licence a bonus
n
- Leadership or leading hand experience highly regarded
n
- Must have Australian work rights
