Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our service and installation teams.

This role is responsible for scheduling technicians, coordinating service delivery, managing customer expectations and ensuring work progresses efficiently from the initial service request through to completion.

n

Working closely with management, technicians, subcontractors and clients, you'll play a key role in delivering the high standard of service our clients have come to expect.

n

About the Role

n

As our Service Coordinator, you will ensure our service technicians and installation teams have the information, resources and support they need to deliver quality outcomes for our customers.

n

You'll coordinate technician schedules, monitor work in progress, respond to changing priorities and maintain clear communication between technicians, customers, suppliers and the wider team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Coordinate and schedule HVAC service and installation technicians.

n

Manage incoming service requests and allocate work appropriately.

n

Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.

n

Liaise with customers, technicians, suppliers and subcontractors.

n

Coordinate parts, equipment and follow-up works.

n





Prepare work orders and maintain accurate service documentation.

n

Support preventative maintenance scheduling and quoted works.

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

n

Demonstrated experience coordinating a field service or trade-based workforce.

n

The ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining a high level of customer service.

n

Solid communication skills and the confidence to work with technicians, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

n

The ability to think ahead, anticipate issues and keep work progressing.

n

A proactive approach, sound judgement and attention to detail.

n

Experience within HVAC, mechanical services or another trade-based service industry will be highly regarded.
