HR Transformation Project Manager | Melbourne Airport
n 3 Month Fixed Term Contract | 5 days on site | ASAP start

Join a global organisation undergoing a significant HR and business transformation program across APAC. This role will provide project coordination and delivery support across multiple initiatives, working closely with the P&C; team and business stakeholders to establish project plans, track progress and ensure key milestones and timelines remain on track.

This is an opportunity for an experienced project qualified who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and momentum to complex transformation programs!

Your role:

- Support the delivery of multiple HR and broader transformation projects across APAC
n
- Partner with project teams to establish timelines, milestones, actions and delivery plans
n
- Coordinate project activities and track progress against key deliverables
n
- Provide regular updates, reporting and communication to stakeholders
n




- Work collaboratively across various business teams
n

About you:

n

n
- Proven experience managing or coordinating complex transformation projects
n
- Experience working within people transformation, organisational change or business transformation environments
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Ability to work across multiple projects and competing priorities
n

This is a 3-month fixed term contract opportunity (potential for extension) with an ASAP start, to support a significant transformation program and work with stakeholders across the APAC region!
