Client Manager – Building Products Certification

Join a global leader in assurance and certification! Intertek SAI Global is seeking an experienced client manager to support our Product Services division.

n

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of building product manufacturers, conduct product certification audits, review test reports, and provide high-quality technical and customer support. If you have strong knowledge of building product standards and relevant experience, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Conduct product certification and management systems audits
n
- Review quality plans, test reports and product applications
n
- Provide responsive support and technical guidance to clients
n
- Coordinate audits, sample plans and project reviews
n
- Manage non-conformances and maintain accurate documentation
n

n

What You Bring

n

n
- Degree or equivalent experience in building/construction
n
- Lead Auditor qualification (Quality Management)
n
- Experience in building products design, manufacturing, testing or certification
n




- Strong knowledge of NCC/NZ Building Codes and product standards
n
- Excellent communication and client management skills
n
- CodeMark (AU/NZ) experience
n

Location – Open to Multiple States
