The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Co-ordinator to join our rapid-paced West Gosford Commercial Division.

n

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing commercial plumbing projects from quote to completion—compiling precise quotes, tracking orders, and co-ordinating deliveries through our modern warehousing software.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Quote & Order Co-ordination: Compile accurate quotes for large-scale commercial projects, processing invoices, credits, and special orders.
n
- Logistics & Inventory:



Liaise with multiple warehouses to manage stock availability and streamline delivery schedules.
n
- Client & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with builders, plumbers, suppliers, and internal sales reps.
n
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure documentation, orders, and customer queries are handled with high accuracy and speed.

What You'll Bring

- Strong Organisational Skills: Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage high volume work, and meet strict deadlines.

- Communication & People Skills: Great written and verbal communication with a clear focus on exceptional customer service.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to paperwork, quotes, and order entry.

- Adaptability & Initiative: A proactive team player who is keen to learn and expand their technical product knowledge.
n
- Industry Exposure (Highly Regarded): Prior experience in plumbing, building supplies, or construction is a definite plus, but full product training will be provided to the right person!
