We're currently scouting CA's from all levels of experience. We have an exciting Pipeline of work within Hamilton Northshore expected for the next 5+ years, working across $800 million of Portfolio of 4 stages, and potentially more! Find out more at: https://blackwatchprojects.com.au/projects/

Based on your level of skill and experience the relevant duties will be adjusted to reflect the responsibility of a SCA/CA/Cadet. Your involvement will span the final delivery phase of an existing project through to the commencement and establishment of the next, including but limited to:

n

Project Delivery, Processing Accounts, Final Accounts

n

Coordination and letting of subcontract packages

n





All aspects of cost control for the project

n

Preparation of client progress claims

n

Processing of subcontract progress claims

n

Coordination of the information flow with the client

n

Management and review of Variations and EOT's

n

About You

n

We're looking for ambitious, detail oriented candidates focused on joining a team for long term growth and development. You will bring:

n

A degree within Construction management or of a similar discipline (Highly desired)

n

Experience in the Construction of Residential Mid-rise and/or projects with a value of $10 million or greater, preference to have experience with projects of similar value to our stages ($100 million+) (Highly Desired)

n

Prior experience with Procore, Procure Pro and Jobpac or similar systems (Highly Desired)

n
