Conveniently accessible with staff parking rates available and just a short 2 min walk from the train station. Boasting 8 treatment rooms including one double room for couples or group bookings, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

n

endota Spa Managers are passionate about leading andnurturing their team of therapists and arechampions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.

As the face of the spa, the Spa Manageris responsible for:

n

n
- Creatinganoptimalworking setting where you lead, engage, and develop a high performing team of therapists in-line with our values.Financial Performance of the spaincluding:achieving spa budget & KPI's, forecasting targets and roster management.
n
- Delivering an exceptional level ofcustomer service to build up your spa's client base.
n
- Managing spa recruitment needs and onboarding new team members.
n
- Daily spa operationsincluding:optimising client bookings, inventory management andmaintainingspa presentation standards.
n

Your Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previousspa or salonmanagement experience
n
- ACertificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy withpreviousindustry experience and/or a Diploma in Salon Management is highlyadvantageous,



but not essential.
n
- Previousexperience with online booking systems.
n
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word,Outlookand Excel) andpreviousexperience using an electronic booking system.
n
- You are a confident leader withpreviousexperience managing a team of therapists.
n
- You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with yourhigh levelof customer service.
n
- You have some level of financial and business acumen and experience managing budgets.
n
- You havestrong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation.
n
- You are highly organised andexhibitgreat timemanagement skills.
n
- You areavailable to work a rotating rostering including late nights and weekends.
n
