The Prospect

n

You will provide complex, person centred support to two clients with significant care requirements. One client has Cerebral Palsy, is non-verbal, and experiences seizures and spasms, requiring full daily care including personal care,



feeding, medication management, and monitoring. The second client uses a wheelchair, requires manual handling, feeding assistance with pureed food, personal care, and some community access support.

This is hands on, high intensity work that requires calm, experienced, and committed support workers.

n

Shifts are available across AM and PM windows, with potential for overnight shifts once training is complete. Estimated hours are 16 to 24 per week with a strong likelihood of additional hours available.

What We're Looking For:

n
- Experienced in high intensity or complex care, HIDPA capable
n
- Experience supporting clients with Cerebral Palsy, seizures, manual handling, or feeding support is highly regarded
n
- Female candidates preferred in line with client care requirements
n
- Full Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle
n
- Clear and confident English communication skills
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and First Aid certificate
n
- Reliable, consistent, and committed to building long term relationships with clients
n
