What You'll Do

- Assist customers with product questions and pricing, providing clear and friendly service in-store and by phone.
n
- Manage SAP, inwards goods, pricing, inventory, ordering, deliveries and dispatches to keep stock accurate and moving.
n
- Process counter sales accurately, handle payments, and answer customer inquiries.
n
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard‐free environment.
n
- Support promotional activities, setting up signage and displays to boost product visibility.
n
- Keep the store tidy and welcoming and greet all customers warmly.
n
- Load/unload trucks, unpack deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch with care.
n
- Occasionally deliver products directly to farms, ensuring timely and professional service.

What You'll Bring

- Passion for customer service, a positive approach and determination to succeed.
n
- Exposure to or a robust passion in farming and agriculture, and enthusiasm to learn about new products.
n
- Previous success in a retail sales or customer service role.
n




- Self‐motivated and capable of nurturing strong customer relationships, following through, and getting the job done in a fast‐paced environment.
n
- Interest in learning all aspects of retail operations and sales, and confidence using computer software systems such as SAP.
n
- Current driver's licence and ideally a forklift ticket (desirable).
n
