Paxus is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Change & IT Service Management to strengthen IT change governance in Australia. You will drive governance, lead CAB, and collaborate with technical teams and senior leaders to ensure changes are delivered safely and effectively.

You’ll work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, map processes and support adoption across services and systems, contributing to regional advisory efforts and improved governance practices.
