About the Role

Are you a senior clinician who thrives on movement-based rehab, high-level strength and conditioning, and delivering premium patient outcomes?

Destiny Health is looking for an exceptional, autonomous Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 7 to 10 years of clinical experience to lead our morning shifts.

n

You will command the morning flow, running group physio exercise sessions and 1:1 private clinical 45-minute consultations.

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver elite 1:1 musculoskeletal assessments and private treatments.

n

Lead dynamic, 1:4 Group Physio Exercise sessions, utilising functional strength frameworks.

n

Manage seamless patient transitions, clinical notes, and light administrative blocks within your shift.

Position Requirements

n

To maintain our elite clinical and safety compliance standards, all applicants must possess:

n

Experience: 7 to 10 years of post-graduate experience, with a strong emphasis on musculoskeletal diagnostics, therapy and private practice.

n

Special Interest: A background and passion for functional strength and conditioning, compound lifting, and exercise-led rehabilitation.

n

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional people skills, absolute empathy, and a clinical presence that inspires long-term client retention.

n

Compliance Certifications

n

Current Full AHPRA Registration (Physiotherapist).

n

Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance.

n

Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

n

Current First Aid & CPR certifications.

n

Recent National Police Check or willing to obtain.

n
