Applied Group is looking for an experienced Roof Plumber to join our growing plumbing team. This is a hands‐on role focused on reactive maintenance, responding to roofing issues along with general plumbing issues, across the Electrical infrastructure sector.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem solving and can work independently while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Roof Plumber – Reactive Maintenance

About the Role

n

n
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests.
n
- Diagnosing and repairing roof leaks and storm damage.
n
- Gutter, downpipe and flashing repairs.
n
- General roof maintenance across all types of roofs.
n
- Identifying defects and recommending preventative maintenance.
n
- Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
- Providing clear communication and excellent customer service on site.
n
- Participating in an on‐call roster and working overtime when required to respond to urgent maintenance requests.

About You

n

n
- Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent qualification required
n
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a maintenance plumber
n




- Experience working across a range of roofing systems.
n
- A current driver's license.
n
- White Card (essential).
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage your day effectively.
n
- Available for Call-Out & weekend work as required
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n

n

Bonus points if you're an all-rounder with experience in general roofing, maintenance, or other plumbing skills. Versatility is highly valued in this role.

Please note: This role requires flexibility to work overtime when needed. As a reactive maintenance business, emergency callouts and extended hours are an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
