Job Description
The Senior Producer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of complex and high-
n
profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest qualitystandards. This role plays a critical leadership function, bridging creative vision with practicalexecution, and mentoring junior team members to uphold production excellence across all stages onevents and exhibitions.

2. Main Responsibilities
n
- Lead and manage the production of multi-platform campaigns, brand activations, live events, exhibitions, or digital content from briefing to delivery.
n
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, client services, and technical teams to align project goals, timelines, and resources.
n
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and production workflows.
n
- Identify and manage risk, proactively solving problems and making informed decisions under pressure.
n
- Source, brief, and manage external vendors, freelancers, and production crew.
n
- Oversee compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements.
n
- Ensure consistent communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties throughout the production cycle.
n
- Uphold and enforce creative integrity, brand standards, and production quality benchmarks.
n
- Lead production meetings, reviews, and post-mortems to drive continual improvement.
n
- Mentor and support junior producers and coordinators in their development and performance.
n
- Participate in and oversee onsite work, including exhibition builds and dismantling phases, ensuring all work meets schedule and safety standards.
n
3. Qualifications
n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications,
Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
n
- 8+ years of relevant production experience in an agency, studio, or events/exhibition workplace.
n
- Proven track record delivering high-value campaigns or productions across multiple formats (e.g., video, digital, exhibitions, experiential).
n
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
n
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Plaky, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and budgeting software.
n
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with the ability to work across multilingual teams and clients.
n
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and for prolonged durations when required by
n
- Comfortable working in onsite environments, including exhibition build-ups and dismantling, with hands-on oversight when necessary.
n
- Deep understanding of production workflows, from concept development to post-production and delivery.
n
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
n
- Budget management skills and strong vendor negotiation capabilities.
n
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
n
- Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
n
- Attention to detail and commitment to production excellence.
n
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Apple Keynote, Google Slides).
