- Hands-on experience testing Dynamics 365 CRM

We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to support a major digital service transformation program. This role will take ownership of end-to-end testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage functional and non-functional testing across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
n
- Conduct SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance and accessibility testing.
n
- Test REST and OData APIs using Postman and validate integrations with external systems.
n
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium, EasyRepro, Cypress or similar tools.
n
- Validate data integrity, workflows, business rules, security roles and user permissions.
n

Key Skills and Experience

n

n
- At least five years' experience in software testing and quality assurance.
n
- Solid hands‐on experience testing Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
n
- Demonstrated API and integration testing experience, particularly using Postman.
n
- Experience across manual and automated testing methodologies and frameworks.
n
- Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and SharePoint.
n
