How you will make an impact

Join us as aCloud Engineer – Cloud Operationsand help customers solve complex cloud and cyber security challengesin Microsoft Azure customer environments.
n
You'lldeliver secure,scalableand reliable cloud services in a Managed Services environment, working closely withPre-sales, Professional Services and Leadership to ensure operational excellence, servicecontinuityand long-term customer success. With a strong focus on monitoring, troubleshooting,optimisationand automation,you'llplay a key role in deliveringhigh-qualitycloud outcomes aligned to customer needs.

Day to day you will:
n
n
- Manage and optimisecustomercloud environments, especially Azure and Microsoft 365, for availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
n
- Automate workflows and apply best practices to reduce manual effort.
n
- Provide proactive client support and resolve cloud issues before they affect services.
n
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, security, and networking issues with minimal downtime.
n
- Maintainsecure cloud environments aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
n
- Implement security controls, run vulnerability assessments, and protect client systems from cyber threats.
n
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Professional Services, Leadership, and clients to align cloud services with business needs.
n
- Identifyopportunities to optimise cloud environments and improve client outcomes.
n
- Participate in an on-call roster in line with company payroll and overtime policies.

and clients to align cloud services with business needs.

- Identifyopportunities to optimise cloud environments and improve client outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications
n
n
- Strong Azure and Microsoft 365 experience or certification, including Azure IaaS, Azure PaaS, Windows 365, Intune, and Defender.
n
- Broad experience across Azure platform services, Windows systems, Microsoft identity and mail services, database platforms, Microsoft and third‐party security tools, and DevOps technologies including Azure DevOps.
n
- Background in delivering cloud services within a Managed Services environment, including monitoring, incident management, and SLA compliance.
n
- Experience using cloud monitoring tools to manage, troubleshoot, and optimise infrastructure.
n
- Knowledge of cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, hybrid cloud, and inter-cloud connectivity.
n
- Database Administration skills would beadvantageous.
n
n
Please note that due to the nature of this role, it is amandatoryrequirement that all applicants areAustralian citizenswith the ability to hold anAustralian Security Clearance.
