We are seeking a self motivated Studio Manager to join our team at J.I.M, launching soon in Hervey Bay!

J.I.M is Australia's First, Fully Automated Group Training Studio - combining the benefit of popular modalities such as pilates, yoga, functional movement & strength with state of the art infrared technology to help our members achieve twice the results, in half the time.

As our Studio Manager, you will be responsible for studio performance, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art studio, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members, building a strong community and ultimately ensuring the growth & sustainability of our studio.

What You're doing;

- Creating a 10/10 experience for members - being the leader of our studio culture!
n
- Manage the overall operations of the studio to ensure that it runs perfectly on a daily basis.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, and potential members. Responding to queries or questions promptly.
n
- Administration tasks such as membership management & stock ordering.
n
- Collaborate and deliver sales/marketing efforts and implement effective strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
n
- Ensure the studio maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
n




- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on your operational expertise.

- Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support studio operations - this would include social media.

- Passion for health, wellness, and the wellbeing of our clients. This includes leading a healthy lifestyle yourself.

- Ability to work alone and be self motivated.

- Ultimately we want an individual who is motivated and excited to drive overall performance in an exciting, fast moving brand!
