Position Details

n

Role Type: Permanent Part-Time
n Hours: 40-50 hours per fortnight (depending on your availability)
n Availability: Flexible shifts between 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday
n Location: Travelling across Mildura, Nichols Point, Irymple, Cabarita, and surrounding regions

What You'll Do?

n

No two days are the same! You'll be out and about in the community, and in clients' homes supporting with things like:

n

n
- Providing personal care support, including assistance with showering, dressing,



grooming etc.
n
- Assisting with domestic support tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and general household duties
n
- Supporting clients with community access, including grocery shopping, medical appointments, and social outings
n
- Encouraging clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and confidence at home
n
- Building genuine and meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate care
n
- Recording visit notes and updates using our easy-to-use mobile app
n

What We're Looking For?

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent qualification
n
- Current driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
n
- First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
n
- National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Confidence using smartphones or tablets for documentation
n
- A caring, respectful, and reliable approach to supporting clients
n
