Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our growing Finance team.

Reporting to the Commercial Accountant, this is a hands‐on role that will give you exposure to a broad range of finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, reporting, and general finance administration. You'll play an important part in ensuring our day-to-day finance operations run smoothly while working closely with an experienced team that values learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing supplier invoices, expenses, and payment runs
n




- Assisting with accounts receivable and customer payment allocations
n
- Completing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
n
- Supporting payroll administration and employee expense claims
n
- Assisting with month‐end reporting and finance tasks
n
- Maintaining finance systems and supporting process improvements
n
- Providing general administration support to the Finance team
n
- Assisting with compliance, audit, BAS, and reporting activities
n

About You

n

- Previous experience in an accounts, finance administration, accounts payable, or accounts receivable role
n
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
n
- An interest in automation, technology, and improving processes is highly regarded
n
