n About the role
n You will be responsible for conducting business analysis/discovery, understanding client requirements, redesigning business processes and managing all stakeholders to successfully deliver IDAM solutions that meet client expectations.
n Duties
n
n
- Hit the ground running to understand the broader context of the program and integrate with the project team
n
- Engage with our customers to provide security solutions, recommendations, deliver enhancements and managed service for multiple engagements
n
- Analyse and enhance existing IDAM processes to support complex use cases and ensure system efficiency.
n
- Define business requirements, functional specifications and design specifications
n
- Conduct workshops with key client stakeholders, including commercial and technical units
n
- Identify gaps to business requirements and propose alternatives and process change
n
- Identify risks and issues with recommended mitigants, and manage these to resolution where appropriate
n
- Propose and implement best practice IDAM processes and policies for clients
n

Skills & experience
n
n
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT implementation projects, HR implementation and cloud services type of projects
n
- Preferred: experience with market leading IdAM vendor products including CyberArk, Okta, IBM, SailPoint, Dell or Microsoft
n
- Understanding of IDAM concepts, processes and policies will be highly regarded
n
- Solid relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels
n
