Business Analyst / Process Excellence Analyst – Insurance

Location: Sydney – Hybrid

Duration: Initial 6 mth contract

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Process Excellence Analyst for an immediate contract opportunity with a leading organisation in the insurance sector.

n

You will work with business stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of practical, measurable change.

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Process Excellence Analyst.
n
- Demonstrated experience working within the insurance industry.
n
- Robust process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
n
- Experience analysing current-state processes and designing improved future-state workflows.
n
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
n
- Experience supporting process improvement, transformation or change initiatives.
n
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or BPMN will be highly regarded.
n
- Ability to work in Sydney under a hybrid arrangement.
