Richardson & Wrench Blacktown is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

n

You will manage your own portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties with the support of an experienced team and contemporary systems.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Managing a residential portfolio

n

Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

n

Processing tenancy applications and preparing leases

n

Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades

n

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

n

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance

n

About You

n





Previous Property Management experience is essential

n

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence

n

Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle

n

Excellent communication and organisational skills

n

Professional, proactive and customer-focused

n

Property Tree experience is an advantage
