ABOUT THE ROLE

n

Lead from the front, support your team, and keep operations running smoothly.

n

Oversee day-to-day workshop operations with hands‐on leadership

n

Drive performance and ensure KPIs and sales targets are met

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers

n

Monitor and report on KPI performance

n

Promote key brands and products using your industry knowledge

n

Maintain high standards of quality, safety,



and site presentation

n

ABOUT YOU

n

You're a motivated automotive professional who knows how to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

n

Hands‐on, driven, and mechanically minded

n

Strong communicator and team leader focused on customer service

n

Minimum 2 years' experience managing an automotive service centre or similar

n

Current QLD Driver's Licence

n
