Your Impact

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of MICM's growth, responsible for:

- Developing and executing strategies to attract new property management clients.
n
- Building and maintaining relationships with builders, developers, and financial planners.
n
- Representing MICM at appointments and inspections, showcasing our services.
n
- Collaborating with marketing and leasing teams to ensure properties are presented and promoted effectively.
n
- Reporting on performance and KPIs to management.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in property management and business development.
n




- Strong understanding of real estate legislation and industry practices.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n
- High-level organisational and time management abilities.
n
- Agent's Representative Certificate (required).
n
- Driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
