As a Developmental Educator, you'll deliver evidence-based, family-centred early intervention services while receiving structured supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development to help you thrive.

About The Role

n

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with children and their families to promote development, participation, and independence across home, school, childcare, and community settings.

n

You'll provide strengths-based interventions, coach parents and caregivers, and collaborate with allied health professionals to help children achieve meaningful developmental outcomes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver early childhood intervention services for children aged 0-9 years.
n
- Support children with developmental delays, autism, intellectual disability, and other developmental needs.
n
- Develop and implement individualised intervention plans.
n




- Coach parents and caregivers using a family-centred, capacity-building approach.
n
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and other allied health professionals.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and NDIS-compliant records.
n
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, supervision, and professional development.
n

About You

- A current grad
n
- Passionate about paediatrics and early childhood development.
n
- Committed to family-centred and evidence-based practice.
n
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
n
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Developmental Education, Disability Studies, Early Childhood Intervention, Special Education, or a related discipline
n
- Registration with Developmental Educators Australia Incorporated
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Current National Police Check
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Access to a reliable vehicle
n
