We are currently seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

n

What we are looking for:

n

- A customer service-focused individual with solid communication skills and pride in personal presentation
n
- A passionate team player who can bring a smile to both colleagues and guests
n
- Someone with positive energy and a can-do attitude, consistently brought to every shift
n
- Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry
n
- Experience with Opera or similar systems (highly regarded)
n
- Full Australian working rights, with availability to work across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Flexibility to assist across other departments of the hotel as required
n

n





As our next Guest Service Agent, you will:

n

n
- Greet and check in/out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
n
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
n
- Manage phone calls, email enquiries, reservations, and guest requests
n
- Assist with administrative duties including invoicing and maintaining guest accounts
n
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, presentable, and inviting
n
- Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently
n
- Communicate effectively with other employees, departments, and guests
n
- Support other hotel departments as needed
n
