About the Role

n

As a Property Officer, you will play an key role in supporting our Property Management Department. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Conducting thorough routine property inspections.
n
- Preparing detailed inspection reports.
n
- Liaising professionally with tenants and landlords, providing feedback and updates.
n
- Assisting with leasing and tenant inspections.
n
- Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
n

About You

The successful applicant will be:

- Able to work Saturdays in lieu of weekday off

Preferred (but not essential)

- Previous experience in property management or real estate.
n
- Ability to speak Arabic preferred.
n
- Reside within approximately 30 minutes of our Liverpool office.
