We're looking for a Senior Boilermaker/Fabricator to step into a key role in our workshop – someone experienced enough to lead by example, set the standard for quality, and bring others up with them as we grow. For the right person, there's a clear pathway into a Foreman role.

What You'll Do
n
n
- Fabricate and finish high-end architectural components in aluminium and stainless steel to exacting standards
n
- Execute precision TIG welds – clean, consistent, and something you'd put your name on
n
- Read and interpret shop drawings accurately and contribute meaningfully to the fabrication workflow
n
- Lead by example on quality and finish,
and help junior fabricators raise their game
n
- Work closely with the business on scheduling, priorities, and workflow as we scale
n
- Mentor and support junior fabricators as part of your day-to-day
n

What You Bring
n
n
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker or equivalent)
n
- Extensive experience in aluminium and stainless steel fabrication
n
- Advanced TIG welding ability in both materials, with a finish to match
n
- Confidence reading and working from technical drawings
n
- The kind of attention to detail that means you catch problems before they happen
n
- An eye for quality and a natural tendency to help others get there too
n
- A positive, professional attitude and the maturity to take on more responsibility over time
n
- You notice where things could work better – and you take ownership to fix it
