Oldfield Early Learning is a purpose-built centre for children between 0 – 5 years old. We are a family-owned and operated centre. Underground car park available for all staff and families. Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for children, their families, and the community. Our mission is to provide quality care for all children.

We are looking for Room Assistant or ECT (Cert 3, Diploma, or ECT qualified) that is professional, passionate, committed to join our team.

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being
n
- Work to create positive and stimulating environments to support children
n
- Observe and evaluate children's development and learning
n
- Knowledge of developmental areas
n




- Communicate positively with children and staff daily
n
- Create and implement programming and planning for children
n
- Passion for early childhood education
n
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n

n

You will need:

n

n
- Certificate 3, Diploma or ECT qualified
n
- Working knowledge of the Recent Quality Framework, EYLF, and NQS
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- Child Protection Training
n
- Passionate about working with children
n
- Work part of a team and communicate effectively
n
- Work 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts.
n

- Uniform is provided
