A federal government agency delivering large‐scale SAP transformation programmes across critical national platforms. This role supports a high‐impact project focused on OpenText xECM integration within SAP environments, contributing to secure and scalable digital infrastructure.

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Technical Consultant – SAP Basis to join a high‐performance team delivering enterprise‐grade solutions. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of OpenText xECM for SAP, working across multiple environments and ensuring seamless integration and performance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade OpenText xECM components including Content Server, Directory Services, Web Services, and Archive Centre.
n
- Support full lifecycle implementations of OpenText xECM for SAP – from design to go‐live.
n
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, performance tuning, and backup/recovery.
n
- Collaborate with SAP Basis teams to ensure seamless integration and system stability.
n




- Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
n

Required Experience

n

n
- Extensive hands‐on experience with OpenText xECM for SAP.
n
- Proven track record in SAP Extended ECM implementations.
n
- Solid knowledge of OpenText architecture and administration.
n
- Experience with OpenText System Center and related tools.
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
n
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- OpenText and SAP certifications.
n
- Experience delivering complex SAP projects in government or enterprise environments.
n
- Australian citizenship (mandatory due to security clearance requirements).
n
