We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and experienced Support Worker to join our team. This is a casual position offering approximately 3 days per week, with chance to transition into a full-time role as our client base continues to grow. About the Role You will provide person-centred support to older Australians and people living with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Duties may include:

- Personal Care
n
- Domestic Assistance and household tasks
n
- Community Access and Social Support
n
- Transport to appointments and shopping
n
- Meal Preparation
n
- Medication assistance (where qualified)
n




- Accurate progress notes and documentation
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Current
n

n

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

n

n
- Current
n

n

First Aid & CPR Certificate

n

n
- Current Australian Driver License
n
- Reliable, insured vehicle
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
