Exergy is a newly established TGA licensed manufacturing facility located in South West Sydney, manufacturing complementary medicines in tablet, capsule and powder formats.

n

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Associate to support the Quality function, specifically focusing on the following areas:

n

- Sampling
n
- IPQC
n
- Management of batch records
n

n

The Quality Assurance Associate will report directly to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for helping form, embed and maintain our quality systems to ensure compliance with PIC/S guidelines.

n

This is an in office role in Smeaton Grange.

n

Key Responsibilities Include:

n

n
- Sampling raw materials and finished goods
n
- IPQC
n
- Prepare, create and review batch documentation
n




- Maintain document control
n
- Assist with root cause analysis investigations of deviations and OOS results
n
- Maintain site calibration program
n
- Assist with internal audits as required
n
- Maintain retention store system for raw materials and finished products
n

n

Qualifications/Skills:

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in pharmaceutical sciences
n
- Minimum 3 years QA/QC experience in pharmaceutical or complementary medicine
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
n

n

Prerequisites:

n

n
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen with the current right to work in Australia
n
- Based in Sydney
n
